Valeria is a first-year Ph.D. student in the Human Development graduate group at UC Davis. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2023. After graduating, she held a post-baccalaureate position with the Arizona Twin Project, where she engaged with Spanish-speaking participants and managed recruitment efforts. Her current research focuses on how cultural processes and ecological contexts shape family dynamics and youth outcomes. 

In her free time, Valeria enjoys reading, playing board games, and trying out new crafts.
