Bio

I am Jennifer Villarreal, an incoming student of the Ph.D. human development      program at UC Davis. I am an Ecuadorian Educational Psychologist with a master's degree in child Neuropsychology. I have been working with disabilities for around 14 years. I was part of the International Training Program in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities at the Mind Institute two years ago.

I'm so proud and grateful for being part of UC Davis. The university is deeply committed to the principle of equity. My research interest is around the manifestation of cultural influence on the characteristics of neurodevelopmental disabilities.

I enjoy spending time with my children and husband, reading history, and walks in nature.
